Scope

FanBoost allows creators to publish profile pages and updates, and supporters to initiate voluntary VMESH tips to creators' own wallet addresses. The platform is non-custodial: it does not handle private keys, hold balances or guarantee transactions.

Creator responsibility

You must control your receiving address and ensure your profile content is lawful, accurate and does not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for any tax and other legal obligations associated with receiving tips.

Creator photos and public following

Only upload photos you are entitled to share. Creator updates and photos are publicly visible and must not violate copyright, privacy or other third-party rights. Following a creator is an in-app relationship; it does not create a subscription, payment obligation or automatic notification service. Uploaded media may be removed if unlawful.

Voluntary tips

Tips are voluntary transfers directly to a creator. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. Blockchain fees, confirmation times, network availability and asset value may change. No earnings, financial return or exchange liquidity are guaranteed.

Community standards

Do not use FanBoost for fraud, impersonation, hate, threats, illegal content or spam. The operator may remove content, hide messages or suspend accounts to protect the community. Report issues to vargatech@attila-varga.eu.

Availability and liability

This service is provided as available. No uninterrupted operation is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
